Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Expenses app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Expenses app. ## 2. Description of Service Expenses is an expense tracking application that allows you to: - Record and track your expenses - Organize expenses by categories - Share expense tracking with others through shared spaces - View statistics and insights about your spending ## 3. Use License Permission is granted to download and use the Expenses app for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: - Modify or copy the app or its content - Use the app for any commercial purpose - Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer the app - Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations - Transfer the app or its content to another person This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions. ## 4. Account and Authentication - You must create an account to use the Expenses app - You can sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account - You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account - You must immediately notify me of any unauthorized use of your account ## 5. User Content - You retain ownership of all data you create in the app (expenses, categories, etc.) - You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter - You grant me a license to store and process your data to provide the Service - You can delete your data at any time ## 6. In-App Purchases - The app may offer in-app purchases for additional features - All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play Store - Purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective app store - Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies - I am not responsible for any issues with payment processing ## 7. Disclaimer The Expenses app is provided on an "as is" basis. Aleksandr Popov makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. I do not warrant or make any representations concerning: - The accuracy of expense calculations - The reliability of data synchronization - The availability of the service at all times ## 8. Limitations of Liability In no event shall Aleksandr Popov be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Expenses app, even if I have been notified of the possibility of such damage. ## 9. Data and Privacy - Your use of the Expenses app is also governed by our Privacy Policy - By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy - Data is stored securely using Firebase (Google's cloud service) ## 10. Prohibited Uses You agree not to: - Use the app for any illegal purpose - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app or its systems - Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers - Use automated systems to access the app - Share your account with others ## 11. Modifications to Service I reserve the right to: - Modify or discontinue the Service at any time - Add or remove features - Update the app with new versions - Change pricing for in-app purchases I will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. ## 12. Termination I may terminate or suspend your access to the Expenses app immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination: - Your right to use the app will immediately cease - You can request deletion of your data by contacting me ## 13. Governing Law These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the jurisdiction where the service is provided. ## 14. Changes to Terms I may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Expenses app, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service. ## 15.
